These terms apply when you use ONI Growth Co.'s services. ONI Growth Co. is run by Ashley Corbett ("I", "me"). Contact: info@onigrowthco.co.uk.

What I provide

I set up and maintain a lead and booking system for your detailing business (the "Booking System"). If you choose the "Booking System + Ads" plan, I also build and manage Facebook and Instagram ads in your own Meta ad account.

Prices and payment

• Booking System: £150 setup, then £97 a month, including 300 texts a month.
• Booking System + Ads: £250 setup, then £197 a month, including 500 texts a month.
• Setup fees are paid before work starts. Monthly fees are paid in advance.
• Texts over your allowance are charged at cost and shown on your invoice.
• Ad spend is not included. You pay it directly to Meta from your own card.

Notice and cancelling

The service is monthly rolling. Either of us can end it with 30 days' written notice. Setup fees are non-refundable once setup has started.

What you own

You own your ad account, your customer data and every ad made from your footage. I'm added to your ad account as a partner and you can remove me at any time. When we stop working together, I'll help you export your data.

No guaranteed results

I'll do my best work and show you what's working each month, but I can't guarantee a number of leads, bookings or sales. Results depend on many things outside my control, including your prices, area, reviews, ad spend and how quickly you follow up.

Your responsibilities

• Give me accurate information about your services, prices and availability.
• Make sure your messages and ads follow the law and Meta's policies, and that you have the right to use any photos and videos you send me.
• Handle your own customers' data lawfully. You're the data controller; I process it on your behalf.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law. Otherwise, my total liability to you is limited to the fees you've paid me in the 3 months before the claim, and I'm not liable for lost profits or lost business.

Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
